Duties:
- Field Support
- Manpower and weekly scheduling
- Change orders
- Provide direction and troubleshoot issues
- Speak with customers
- Attend job meeting
- Assist Project Manages
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction estimating and management
- Strong supervisory skills to lead construction teams effectively
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to interpret schematics and contracts accurately
