Job Summary:
- Create a clean environment for members/guests and employees
- Provide excellent customer service
- Weekend and Holiday shifts required
Essential Functions:
- Customer service for members and guests.
- Maintain facility/resort clean for members and guests
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.
- Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
- Anything else required as per manager on duty
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of public hygiene
Required Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Housekeeping experience
- Weekend and Holidays required
Work Environment:
While preforming job duties these work environment will be encountered
- Noise levels may be noisy
- Moving mechanical parts (Vacuums, etc.)
