Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, we require an individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, responding to their queries and providing information on our services and procedures
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including scheduling appointments and updating patient records
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is essential
- Proven experience in customer service and medical receptionist roles is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

- Excellent customer service skills
