- The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction is responsible for
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Assist with the preparation of bid packages, RFPs, and RFIs
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and clients
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing potential budget overruns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
- Assist with the resolution of project issues and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental standards
- Assist with the development and management of project schedules
- Assist with the closeout of projects, including punch lists, warranty work, and final payment

The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction will have the following skillset
- College Degree required
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Procore is a plus
- Ability to analyze and revise internal processes to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
