- Utilize accounting software to track and manage accounts receivable
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of debt records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for debt collection
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in debt collection preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating balances, interest, and fees
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping
- Understanding of debits, credits, and financial transactions
