```Duties:```
- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the organization
- Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate projects
- Excellent operations management skills, including the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency
-Experience processing Medicaid applications and the regulations around Tax Credit
- Demonstrated strategic planning abilities, with a focus on long-term goals and objectives
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
- Experience in business development and revenue generation strategies
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial resources
