Essential Functions
Become our Marquee Mixologist with the ability to make incredible weekly tips in the most charming, beautiful and cozy fine dining atmosphere in Highlands. Pay is based on experience with hourly range from $7.50-$15 per hour plus TIPS based on experience.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on Classic Cocktails like The Old Fashioned, Boulevardier, Sidecar, Negroni, Manhattan, French 75, Pimms Cup, Hemingway Margarita, Moscow Mule, Paloma, etc. Focus on presentation and tout mixology.
Layer in Seasonal and Special Cocktails upon approval.
Have the ability to create custom cocktails based on guest requests or preferences.
Serve amazing craft beers, top shelf liquors, and dynamic wines.
Be articulate, kind, warm, tolerant, cool headed, professional, consistent, and amazingly hospitable with all guests!
Be able to respect other team members and work in a team environment to ensure the highest quality fine dining experience for our guests.
Be able to take inventory weekly and help or lead all wine, beer, and spirits orders.
- Additional Responsibilities
o Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
o Requests additional supplies as necessary
o Follows set-up procedures
o Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
o Greets guests
o Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Bar Manager
o Collects checks/payment for drinks served
o Ensures guest satisfaction at every opportunity
o Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment
o Maintains records of liquors, beers, wine to ensure par stock is maintained at all times
o Maintains daily inventory and records indicating drinks in the greatest demand
o Cleans and lock-ups according to prescribed procedures
o Attends staff meetings as required
