ABOUT ACERA HEALTH
"Acera" is the Spanish translation for Pathway. The biggest challenge in Mental Health that is discussed among behavioral health fields is the level of success anyone can achieve when taken out of their day-to-day environment. A varying amount of success is due to simply changing the environment.
The challenge we wanted to conquer was finding a "Acera" to success that clients can achieve here across multiple aspects of their lives. Ensuring that our clients achieve a continuous upward trajectory of mental health from where they are today, and into the future. Our incredible staff unanimously concluded that our focus should be on client-centered, individualized solutions. Solutions that use treatment as a partner and the clients-strengths as a guide to empowerment and self-advocacy.
