Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Manager at Integrated Maintenance Solutions, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions. You will be responsible for supervising HR operations and ensuring the effective management of human capital within the organization.
Duties:
- Perform HR activities including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, maintaining employee records, processing all new hire paperwork and onboarding of all new hires.
-Learning Management System & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all employees are active in the LMS
- Coordinate with the Safety Officer and Department Managers to assign required employee safety courses & monthly safety meetings
- Track employee progress of safety courses
- Provide monthly driver safety reports to Department Managers
- Utilize HR systems such as Paychex for efficient human capital management or other PEO software.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address HR-related issues
- Lead negotiations on behalf of the company in matters related to human resources
-Partner with Department Managers to coordinate company functions/ meetings
-Work closely with insurance companies on policies to ensure compliance (liability and auto) Liability and Umbrella Policies
- Company Auto Insurance
- Qualify, add and remove drivers/vehicles
- Order COI’s – GL and WC required by customers
-Workers Compensation
- Process all workers compensation claims and related follow-ups
- Report applicable incidents to OSHA, post OSHA’s Form 300A annually
-Partner with the Marketing Manager to review/approve social media post
-Work with Accounting Manager on A/R Collections weekly
- Contact delinquent clients via email, phone and certified mail in efforts to collect past due and outstanding invoices
Experience:
- Proven experience in supervising HR functions
- Strong background in performance management and employee relations
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with employees
- Demonstrated ability to manage talent acquisition processes
- Knowledge of negotiating techniques in the context of human resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management
- Proficiency in HR software applications
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
