Job Overview:
We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, assisting with vehicle maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and processing orders promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Organize parts and ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in inventory management and math skills
- Prior experience in sales or sales management is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
