SUMMARY:
The HVAC Foreman supports all HVAC operations divisions to ensure our Technicians have adequate technical, communicative, and administrative skills to deliver outstanding service to our clients. Anyone performing in this capacity must have the ability to effectively communicate, teach, coach, mentor, and monitor Technicians in regards to the servicing/installing of HVAC equipment and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.
Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability to oversee (and when necessary perform) all EPA and HVAC rules, codes, and regulations.
· Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and components, complete paperwork in a legible and understandable fashion
· Comply with OSHA safety standards including regular safety talks.
· Knowledge and compliance of all state and federal HVAC codes
· Present a professional image by wearing company uniform and being well groomed.
· Must have clean driving records and valid driver’s license.
· Work with management to perform skill assessment of Technicians, including individual and group training curriculum and skills retention.
· Provide Technical, Soft Skills, and Administrative training, coaching and support for field Team Members.
· Assist with Recruiting and New Technician On- Board & Training.
· Coordinate a Ride Along and Drop In schedule with management to observe Technicians demonstrate their on-site abilities.
· Review on-site Quality Control and Client Satisfaction issues with management
· Assist with and continue to develop Team Leader programs
· Hold all HVAC field Team Members to the company uniform and truck policy
· Assist with purchase orders and material usage
· Review install work orders, generate and order vendor material lists, and pick appropriate crew
· Review install jobs with crews in detail including having proper equipment, tools, yard signs, etc.
· Assist Comfort Advisors on overcoming challenging installs
· Vehicle inspections
· Other duties may be assigned.

Skills Needed:
· Proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
· Report writing and strategic planning skills.
· Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects.
· Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
· Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional time management skills
· Multi-tasking, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Preferred but not all required:
· Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences, Accounting, Civil Engineering or related field
· Proven experience of more than 3+ years in construction estimating
· Certified Professional Estimator is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software like HCSS HeavyBid, Timberline are added advantages
· Ability to read and understand architectural plans and create cost estimates
