*Responsibilities*
The Territory Sales Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Conduct Home Security Consultations to educate clients and close sales.
* Serve as a subject matter expert regarding Home Security Products.
* Present, measure, estimate home Security products and ultimately closing the sale with the customer
* Develop lasting customer relationships.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions within the assigned territory.
* Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Conduct follow-up customer communication.
* Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
* Understand and track established individual sales goals
* Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
* Work closely with sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.

*Qualifications*
* Minimum 1 year of in-home selling experience
* Must have excellent organizational and customer service skills
* Able to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Computer and clerical experience are preferred (MS Word and Excel)
* High school diploma or GED is required
* Required to maintain a full-time retail schedule, including evenings/nights, weekends and holidays
* Possess reliable transportation to travel to customers’ homes
* Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check prior to beginning employment.
* Ability to lift 20-30lbs of product samples
