- 8:30am-4pm Monday through Friday
- Manage Center Bill-Services-Front desk emails throughout the day
- Assist clients as needed
- Incoming/Outgoing mail handling and notifications
- Complete new client files; client change orders; cancelled client files
- Assist with accounts receivables/accounts payable; client statements; billing; invoicing
- Process credit card payments; receive payments and checks
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Assist with setting up new phone clients
- Assist with new client orientations and site tours
- Other duties/projects as assigned
- Answer incoming calls and route them accordingly
- Open & secure center at the beginning and end of the day
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area
- Log & coordinate meeting room reservations
- Assist with billing input for client invoicing
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipments
- Oversee email correspondence from client base
