Thomas Solutions Incorporated is seeking for talented Graphic Design Specialists and Brand Manager and Visual Information Specialist to provide high-quality content creation, strategic communications services, and conferencing support to the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs’ (OJP) stakeholders and audiences nationwide.
The position is in Alexandria, Virginia at contractor site.

Brand Manager and Visual Information Specialist
Job Summary
Provides illustration and graphic design support for a variety of communications products. Assists OCOM’s Creative Services team with the management, development, coordination, and alignment of OJP branding and design guidelines, multimedia templates and graphic products. Expert creative design skills required. Works with clients to manage and implement graphic design and promotion projects and campaigns. Must be proficient in brand design, illustration, graphic design (e.g., for social media, websites) and building dynamic and static infographics.
Minimum Experience:
- Five years of related experience in the field of brand management, marketing and promotion and creating graphic design products.
- Must be experienced in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop and have a basic understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
Education Requisite: Bachelor’s degree.
Graphic Design Specialists
Job Summary
In support of the agency’s visual identity, creates graphics and presentations that effectively tell the OJP story by creating impactful visuals and multimedia content for agency outreach, as well as media and Hill briefings. Develops infographics, graphics, photo illustrations and images for use in media engagements, social media, web and email content, Hill outreach and print/online products. Prepares high-quality visual information products for printing. Ensures products to be posted on the website are 508-compliant.
Minimum Experience:
- Three years of experience in brand design, illustration, graphic design (e.g., for social media, websites) and building infographics.
- Must be experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite software, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop and have a basic understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
Education Requisite: Bachelor’s degree.
