**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts, excellent team management skills, and a strong background in the food industry.
**Duties:**
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations
- Manage and lead a team of cooks, baristas, hosts and servers
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and payment handling
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food industry
- Strong background in culinary arts and food handling procedures
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering processes
- Experience as a Manager is beneficial

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
