Hello,
We are looking for a candidate that is eager to be a part of the Overdrive Raceway team. We want someone who has experience in customer service, or is willing to learn how to handle customers while giving a "World Class" experience to all of our guests. The tracks are 1/4 mile in length, so it requires a lot of attention at every job on the track. We will teach you the basics of Overdrive knowledge as you will be approached by customers and have questions asked to you on a regular basis, and this skill will open up other employment opportunities as well. We are looking for someone upbeat, that can get the job done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile on their face. Customer service is our top priority, and this job does not stray from that. There are 4 positions that you will have to learn, ranging from calling races to the track and tightening helmets, to controlling the speeds and flagging the race. The job itself is simple, but it takes a lot of patience and a high capability of handling customers and high stress situations.
