Escrow Plus Inc. is looking for a driven and enthusiastic escrow assistant that is would like to join our fast-paced team! We are looking for an individual that fit the following qualifications;
- Must have previous experience working in an Escrow office.
· Coordinate daily office operations and customer service while providing administrative support to escrow officers.
· Obtain contact information and mailing address of all parties
· Receive, review, and receipted earnest money for all residential and commercial contracts.
· Open title and escrow orders upon request, playing close attention to detail.
· Input escrow information into Streamline
· Send wire instructions to Buyer and Seller’s agents
· Communicate with buyers regarding funds
· Order all payoffs involved in transactions, property tax certificates, HOA resale certificates, and municipality lien status, / and or release.
· Input payoff demands into Streamline
· Researched customer files and prepared real estate closing documents.
· Send out escrow packages to all parties (including the processing of returned packages)
· Process closings and distribute closing funds
· Perform general office functions such as filing, photocopying, data entry and other duties.
· Assist in resolving and satisfying client requests and internal operational issues.
· Continually improve knowledge, skills and performance based on feedback and self-identified professional developmental needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
