Responsibilities:
- Assist in workforce management activities, including maintaining employee records and databases.
- Support affirmative action planning initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to human capital management by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, providing administrative support throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software for HR data management and reporting.
- Assist in managing workers' compensation claims and related documentation.
- Handle conflict management situations professionally and confidentially.
- Familiarity with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems to facilitate recruitment processes.
- Support overall human resources management activities as directed by HR leadership.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR practices and regulations is a plus.
