Description:The Housing Company, a nonprofit organization, has an opening for a motivated individual to fill the position of Resident Manager at the apartment community. The need for affordable housing is at an all time high and this position provides an opportunity to help individuals who are in need in the community. This position will be part-time 30 hours per week at the Pondside Garden apartments in St. Anthony, Idaho.
Responsibilities include:
- Record keeping
- Leasing
- Tenant applications
- Cleaning vacated units and office/common areas
- Assisting in identification of maintenance problems during unit turns
- Performing maintenance or repair work and grounds-keeping duties, as necessary
Requirements:Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills that foster a positive community environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills and self motivation
- Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, follow-up, and follow through
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background
