Cool Bear Services continues to grow! We are now hiring an individual with a strong focus on recruiting and supporting a growing segment of our Service business in the South Florida market. You will actively recruit Retail HVAC Sales associates to work in Costco to serve as Sales Lead Generators. The person selected must be adept at proactively building pipelines of qualified candidates and a fearless pursuer of passive candidates via networking and warm calling.
As a Recruiter you will support Cool Bear Services, South Florida's finest 5-star Heating and Cooling Company, which is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC leads at Costco, Home Depot and select events and select Home Shows in and around the South Florida area. Recruiting for this unique sales-support role allows for the sales representative to generate appointments within the walls of our national, big-box home-improvement retail partners, Costco and Home Depot. The following high-volume, popular brand locations offer the perfect setting to engage with customers seeking precisely what Cool Bear Services has to offer: top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement programs.
You will hire for the Costco and Home Depot store locations throughout the SE Florida market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a trusted advisor and business partner providing consultative recruitment services, consistent communication, and timely follow-through on commitments to hiring managers.
- Source candidates for lead generation for our retail partners Costco and Home Depot.
- Screen resumes, perform telephone screen interviews, and interview candidates for referral to managers.
- Track candidates through our talent management system to ensure compliance, adherence to corporate protocol, and the proper measurement of recruiting initiatives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including onboarding, using our human capital management system to ensure accurate and compliant records & retention.
- Develop professional relationships with industry and civic groups, educational institutions, and government agencies for candidate sourcing and diversity outreach.
- Collaborate and drive employee initiatives in engagement, recruiting, and employee relations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and respect through effective coaching and implementation of Company standards and guidelines.
- Provide specific deliverables such as weekly reports and strategic plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and overall strategy, adjusting consistently to deliver expected results and client satisfaction.
- Influence outcomes through established relationships with employees, leaders, and coworkers
- Successfully manage multiple competing priorities and simultaneous requisitions with aggressive timelines.
· Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions to evaluate individual performance and review accordingly to determine their ability to meet our performance criteria.
· Assist with follow-up to facilitate motivation amongst new team members who are working in remote locations.
· Setup interviews based on the manager’s schedule.
· Manage pre-onboarding process and update managers on new hire status.
· Relay concerns to management when brought up to help retain new hires.
· Visit store locations.
· Attend weekly meetings.
