We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This role involves providing short visits (an hour or less) to clients across the East, West, and Central Valley areas. Nurses will be assigned to work in the area of their choosing.
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities:
Perform skilled nursing services such as catheter care, insulin injection, diabetes management, wound care, and medication management.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and develop appropriate care plans.
Provide education to clients and their families regarding disease management, medications, and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with all EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) regulations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, clients, and their families to coordinate care.
Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies as they arise.
Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and practice.
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted LPN license in the state of Arizona.
Article 9 certification.
Current CPR certification.
Valid fingerprint clearance card.
At least one year of experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
Knowledge of and compliance with EVV regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated area.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, positioning, and transferring clients as needed.
Job Types: Contract, PRN
Pay: $33.87 - $45.00 per hour
