Within this fast-paced organization is an ever-changing demand of projects requiring utilization of strong organizational skills and an ability to handle numerous projects and partnerships simultaneously with attention to detail.
*CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
LEADERSHIP
* Maintain Marketing & Events calendars and punchlists
* Works with venue managers, vendors, guests and other stakeholders to gather content to meet deadlines and objective
* Leads marketing and events projects independently and with a team
* Bring coordination and synergy between vision and execution for all marketing and event needs
* Understands and is able to contribute to steps of service for all events
COORDINATION
* Be the main point of contact and coordination for venue and guest sponsored events
* Take lead to ensure we can sell & maximize on events
* Own the info and events emails including return all guest emails and inquiries within 24-48 hours
EVENTS
* Assist and manage all event inquiries, selling any one of our venue experiences and coordinating with the guest to the management team.
* Create a flexible schedule to be available on event days to meet with guests face-to-face and build relationships in person, as well as ensure it meets the guest’s expectations
* Create 2 -3 venue sponsored events each month in addition to guest sponsored events to attract new and regular guests. Be an expert on how to best maximize the sales of events.
* Present for set up and execution of select events.
BRAND ASSETS & MARKETING
* Manage all brand assets for each concept and department
* Collaborate on designing and sourcing marketing materials and promotional items. Analyze existing content, signage, verbiage, and aesthetic to consistently identify opportunities for improvement
* Identify needs and areas of improvement, triage priorities, and orchestrate conscientious and collaborative problem solving around marketing and media opportunities
* Spearhead communication and relationships with external partners such as web vendors, developers, photographers and influencers as needed
* Develop and execute sales driven strategies for ongoing exciting and engaging email campaigns and a quarterly newsletter
* Measure and analyze the success of projects, strategies, communications, and campaigns. Continually improve effectiveness and ROI.
ADMINISTRATIVE
* Must have strong communication skills (English AND Spanish), verbal and non-verbal.
* Demonstrate ability to multitask and handle a large volume of incoming inquiries, calls, and needs
* Work with purpose and a sense of urgency
* Assist with menu development and printing
* Accomplish administrative tasks and projects as requested by upper leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:
* Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
* Marketing: 5 years (Required)
* Hospitality management: 5 years (Required)
