Specializing in custom signage and lighting design, with full installation, maintenance, and repair capabilities, as well as property improvement services, we are seeking to add an ambitious, enthusiastic Sales Executive to our team!
This position will focus on identifying and closing new business opportunities for our signage division. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated problem-solver, who thrives on building relationships and delivering innovative solutions to our signage and facilities services customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with customers and potential customers to identify solutions that fit their unique needs
- Drive the sales process from start to finish by identifying, pursuing, and closing on appropriate business development opportunities
- Build and increase leads through market research, contact, and relationship building with target market representatives
- Initiate, build, and maintain customer relationships
- Develop a sales strategy to secure sales that meet or exceed annual goals
- Secure necessary documents and information from customer
- Prepare and present accurately priced proposals to customers
- Effectively explain the features and benefits of the proposed measures
- Maintain client communication and deliver superior customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering B2B sales results in facilities services, signage, construction, or another similar industry highly preferred
- Ability to cultivate leads through various activities, including cold calling, direct marketing, email marketing, networking, and other promotional activities
- Effective verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport with people
- Ability to think “outside of the box” and react positively to challenges and change
- Goal-oriented with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work cohesively as a team player
- CRM system experience preferred
This position may be performed remotely with some occasional travel required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
