Position Summary:
The Automotive Call Center Agent is responsible for following up on leads from prospective customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. This role involves contacting potential buyers, understanding their needs, providing information about available vehicles, and scheduling appointments for them to visit the dealership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up:
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on leads.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with potential customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Address any questions or concerns potential buyers may have.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit the dealership for test drives and consultations.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to in-person appointments.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and lead follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Track and report on lead status and outcomes to management.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with follow-up on previous customer interactions and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Provide support during sales events and promotions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Continuously update knowledge on product offerings and competitive differentiators.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work.

- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous, but not mandatory
