MARKETING MANAGER
At JTM Construction, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. The Marketing Manager is experienced in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The ideal candidate is equally proficient in day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategies, is flexible and communicative in response to the company's evolving needs and energized by a deadline. This position reports to the President and is a full-time, exempt role located in JTM’s offices in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle.
The full salary range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage client-related and internal marketing implementation and deliverables.
- Manage the development of all collateral and communications.
- Together with business development leaders, effectively and creatively manage RFQ & RFP process.
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Supervise Marketing Coordinator.
- Work with Stakeholders to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a marketing department. In the AEC industry, strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
