CTI Account Manager, Crane
This role is part of the Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) Global Business Unit (GBU)at DLL. The candidate can be located anywhere in the United States.
The role of the Account Manager (Cranes) is to develop and ensure implementation of the sales and business relationship strategy compliant with CTI’s strategic plan and program agreements, to optimize program performance and achieve new business volume and income as set in the objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing a national territory in one of our growing crane partnerships and maximizing new business volume amongst strategic dealerships.
This role can be remote in any location in US.

Day to Day
- Responsible for the growth and development of a national crane program in CTI, which entails wholesale, rental fleet and retail financing optimization and continuous improvement in line with GBU strategy and DLL policies.
- Execute partner/vendor program requirements and liaise with all relevant functions and stakeholders to enhance program results within the framework of the signed program agreement.
- Introduce new products and services to vendors/partners/dealers, providing information and training related to the program and transactional activities.
- Build, maintain and influence a network of internal and external stakeholders/partners and represent department, GBU and DLL to external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, dealers, and partners), in line with business needs, policies and external developments.
- Define and execute a sales strategy, plan and targets utilizing CRM (Salesforce); develop CRM contacts and log relevant commercial events in accordance with activity expectations.
- Provide monthly forecasting on transactions in pipeline.
- Structure and negotiate complex transactions, integrating legal and credit risk aspects.
- Balance interests of dealer organization, end-user, vendor partner and DLL.
- Involve all relevant expertise (Risk, Operations, Legal, etc.) and bring together internal parties to structure deals.
- Travel approximately 20%-25%.

Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (at least 5 years).
- Knowledge and experience in the crane and construction industries.
- Proficiency in the finance and relevant lease markets, including both retail and inventory finance.
- Deep and/or broad sales and marketing knowledge and experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and related activities; reporting and monitoring a plus.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, quality, correctness, and deadlines.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate within a network organization and drive results.
- Ability to travel to support the partner at key tradeshows as well as other relevant industry events.

Applicable pay range
$107,236 - $160,854 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)

Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
