Corporate Admin-HR Assistant
(Salary is Based on Experience)
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Admin-HR Assistant with HR experience to provide administrative support to executives and senior management. You will handle various tasks, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining confidential records, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
You will also support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees’ requests. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
We require someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external management.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
- Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an Corporate Admin-HR Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
- Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proficiency in English

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communications skills

**Onsite position, not remote
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
