Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and processes and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimisation, and automation and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that can assist in decision making.
- Assist in the development of test cases and conducting testing to verify that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
- Support change management and transformation projects and help stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational changes resulting from project.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and systems.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Computer science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Knowledge on capturing user needs and requirements in a number of ways e.g workshops, structured interviews.
- Experience of understanding a business or a process and presenting it in a structured way e.g. Business Process Modelling, Use Case modelling and/or User Story development.
- Experience of writing requirements (Functional and Non-Functional).
- Some experience in Agile scrum methodologies and delivering software in Agile teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken word with an ability to successfully engage with managers and stake holders at all levels within a business.
