Job Purpose This position will support Le Jardin Academy’s Admissions and Enrollment Management Department.
Essential Duties
● Provides excellent customer service to prospective families by answering phone calls, voice messages, and email inquiries pertaining to the school’s curriculum, programs, daily operations, admissions procedures, and tuition assistance.
● Assists with coordinating and attending admissions related events on weekends such as Bienvenue, Admissions Socials, Open House, HAIS Education Fair, and Admissions Testing.
● Processes admissions applications and maintains student files by uploading transcripts and supporting documents to student accounts in Blackbaud’s Enrollment Management System.
● Coordinates and schedules student shadow visits, interviews, admissions testing and classroom visits.
● Maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of all data, files, information, records, passwords and transactions encountered while processing admissions and financial aid applications, to include all financial information received from applicants.
● Assists with the scheduling and preparing materials for 10-12 admissions testing sessions for applicants in all divisions.
● Assists with mailings for decision letters, acceptance packets, event confirmations, and scholarship announcements.
● Other duties as needed. Minimum Qualification Requirements
● High School Diploma
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● 2-3 Years experience in education
● Excellent customer service and “can do” attitude
● In addition to meeting the mental, physical, and communication demands listed above, requires demonstrated ability to multi-task and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Technology Performance Expectations
● Create letters, narratives, guidelines, mail merges using Microsoft Word
● Export, sort, and format data using Microsoft Excel
● Create and manage forms, sheets, docs, slides, and email in Google Drive
● Maintain and input data using Enrollment Management System
● Create simple flyers and invitations using Microsoft Publisher or PhotoShop
● Maintain and update simple content in Finalsite Details
