Job Description
The Senior Manager of Good Hands Repair Network Design role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives within their assigned field sub function and Home Office unit that align with Claims strategic direction and support Corporate strategic goals. The individual oversees Claim Project Managers and Claim Analysts, organizes and directs activities to assist Field management in their assigned sub function in achieving their objectives, including outperforming the competition in customer service and loss and expense cost management, and supporting Corporate growth goals.

Guides strategies and/or solutions that enhance the Claims ability to deliver services to clients by partnering with field leadership within assigned discipline area to establish and achieve company goals and objectives

Advises and counsels line management / field leadership on analysis of trends, alternatives and risk factors of changing claim environments by state and territory and mechanized claim systems, and recommends programmatic and system changes to address company growth and profit projections

Guides and advises on the preparation and design of cost/benefit and feasibility analyses, and identifies, reviews, and clarifies the need for new or modified systems, programs, policies or procedures

Design and present strategic summaries of analysis and recommendations tailored to specific audience(s).

Functions as an advanced resource to both claims and brand distribution management staff in evaluating the effectiveness of overall claim results and reviews customer satisfaction results; develops and directs business unit action plans

Development and execution of Claims efficiency agenda including, but not limited to, initiatives outlined in the Claims Strategic Business Plan.

Guides the analysis of enacted laws and regulations and defines, develops and communicates appropriate processes and procedures for field compliance

Guides functional budgets, operational plans, and performance requirements

Influences, leads and participates in strategy sessions, idea generation and feedback sessions and responsible for aggressive but attainable long-range objectives in assigned area of responsibility

Ensures and enables staff to maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; follows up to ensure that customer needs have been met; and resolution of escalated issues
This job has supervisory duties.

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $104,000 - 187,625 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
