The Assistant Community Construction Manager will assist with:
· The daily inspections of subcontractors work;
· Develop repair list and review work of laborers, carpenters and punch-out workers to ensure work meets standards of quality;
· Conduct stormwater and safety inspections, maintain jobsite requirements and compliance administrative duties;
· Review invoices, order materials and perform required inspections with municipal and utilities representatives; and
· Other duties as may include:
o Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules in order to complete assigned community on time, under budget, and with high standards of workmanship;
o Assist with homeowner walk-through; and
o Maintain homeowner warranty related issues.
One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
