The first person our guests meet when they stay with us is our Front Desk Associate. At Holiday Inn Express, it is essential that our guest see a warm, welcoming, and professional face. We are looking for an associate to join our team who meets these criteria and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the hospitality industry, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. They will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out of their rooms, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests.
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Check in/out guests on arrival and departure.
- Make, change, and cancel all in-person, online, and phone reservations.
- Process all payments according to hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper room preparation and service delivery.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Answer guest questions and address any complaints.
- Follow up with guests after their stay to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain updated records of booking and payments.
- Assist in laundry duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Great customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, scheduled shift, and holidays.
- Computer skills, preferably experience in hotel specific software.
- Outgoing personality with ability to assist in hotel services.
