Servicing Tolland, Hartford, and Windham counties, we provide one-stop shopping for all plumbing, heating, cooling, energy, and water needs. We deliver oil and diesel fuel to residences and businesses. We also offer other heating and cooling system options including high efficiency ducted and ductless systems, as well as conversion to natural gas, and installation of geothermal systems. Nothing is more important to us than customer service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a self-motivated person who possesses time management skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys serving customers. This individual must be personable, reliable, and willing to learn. The employee will be calling customers to gather information, scheduling appointments, ordering materials, and communicating with techs. He/she must be able to learn new software and be comfortable using various forms of technology including a computer and smart phone. Experience in the home energy solutions industry is a plus but is not required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities of the HES Coordinator/Scheduler will include, but are not limited to:
- Calling job leads to gather information about the home.
- Scheduling jobs.
- Preparing job folders for technicians.
- Preparing job materials lists and ordering materials as needed from suppliers.
- Invoicing customers and the utilities for services performed.
- Preparing data for import into QuickBooks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Well organized, accurate, neat and efficient administrative skills
- Computer and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to quickly learn a proprietary software
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to anticipate, improvise, and adapt for optimal resolutions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Professional and customer service-oriented experience and the ability to build relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills -- able to communicate directly, concisely and diplomatically as required, and knowing how, when and what to communicate
- Self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
- Team player
- High attention to details
- Problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential issues, develop alternatives, and execute solutions.
- Capable of passing a background check and be bonded for employment.
