THE BIG TASK
- Your team in the field rely on you to supply them with Supplies and Tools, so the job can get done in an efficient manner.
- You control the parts runners, as they are your means to deliver to the field team.
- You work cooperatively with the dispatch team to ensure customers are taken care of quickly.
- Order, receive and submits parts/warranty claims, follow up with technicians to receive warranty parts and return necessary parts to supply warehouses.
- Work Closely with warehouse manager to ensure coordination and timely processing of service repair parts.
- Service Titan experience is a PLUS
- Creates purchase orders for all service/warranty parts, submit orders by phone or online.
- Be able to maintain parts stock area allowing for efficient storage and retrieval of parts.
- Ensures proper entry of all parts-related paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
