JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the hiring process within the company. They implement recruiting procedures and ensure all staffing needs are met within the designated timelines. Their goal is to attract, source, recruit and retain qualified talent to meet the company’s current and growth needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage the staffing needs of a 125 person law firm with diligence and urgency
- Execute the full cycle recruiting of multiple positions by assessing the competencies needed for each role and executing a recruitment strategy.
- Create clear and effective communications with hiring managers and help support in creating job descriptions for upcoming positions.
- Recruit for positions for internal on-site positions and international remote employees as directed.
- Maintain company’s Indeed, Linked in, and Glassdoor profiles.
- Build and maintain a talent bench and network of legal professionals.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Maintain in house and remote employee compensation ranges are updated and current.
- Participate and represent the company at job fairs and career events
- Build and maintain relationships with local Law Schools
- Be able to perform the above duties with minimal to no supervision.
- Meet all recruiting KPI’s, goals and metrics.
- Other duties as assigned
PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years experience as a recruiter, consultant, or recruiting coordinator ● Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with phone, virtual, and in person interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Team building and management skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Knowledge of labor legislations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
