Dalmark is in search of an enthusiastic, professional Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Team. The Receptionist manages the front desk, main phone lines, office supply inventory, and breakroom facilities for our Corporate Office. This position also assists with preparing documents and reports, completing data entry, and overseeing outgoing and incoming mail.
This position serves as a first point of contact for many external customers, so a positive, helpful attitude is crucial. The ideal candidate must be an excellent time manager, multitasker, and detail-oriented person with high integrity, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.

Over the last 18 years, our company has mastered the art of developing and managing quality housing of all types – from affordable communities to boutique luxury communities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professionally answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage office supplies and breakroom inventory
- Ensure meeting spaces are always “meeting-ready”
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, outgoing mail, copy/scanning, etc.
- Provide administrative support to Company Leadership, including document preparation, document proofing, running system reports, etc.
- Demonstrate composure and professionalism at all times
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with great attention to detail
- Consistently deliver high quality and professional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and appropriately
- Assist with or oversee special projects
- Perform errands on behalf of the organization
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Outlook and Excel)
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and managing PDF documents
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Demonstrate an aptitude for understanding the business as a whole, internal functions, and company priorities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of general office administration, procedures, and equipment
- Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with employees and vendors
- Have accountability and take pride and ownership of your work
- Interest and availability to work fixed hours in an office environment
EXPERIENCE
- (Required) Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- (Required) High school diploma or equivalent required
- (Required) Proficient with office technology (Microsoft Office Suite, computers, basic computer programs, copier, scanner, mail processing, etc).
- (Preferred) Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office setting
- (Required) Demonstrate customer service focus
