If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Wealth Management Associate where you will work closely with several teams serving a significant number of existing client relationships and participating in prospective client opportunities. In this role, the Senior Associate assists in the oversight of the investment portfolios across diverse accounts in a client-tailored and tax-sensitive manner and provides clients with guidance and direction on financial planning topics. As a Senior Wealth Management Associate, you would provide investment advisory support in the following ways:
Primary Responsibilities:

Understand and embody the firm’s investment philosophy and financial planning approach, continually developing expertise.

Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct, ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and firm standards.

Prepare and update Investment Policy Statements (IPS) agreements for clients.

Actively participate in client meetings, providing materials, agendas, and post-meeting follow-up.

Implement and monitor investment and financial planning processes, including estate planning, tax strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning.

Support advisors in various planning activities, such as retirement cash flow plans, tax planning projections, education plans, estate plan reviews, and risk management assessments.

Monitor and manage portfolio allocations, investment recommendations, and the analysis of unique investment vehicles.

Prepare quarterly and annual client presentations.

Ensure timely execution of IRA Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and resolve margin calls.

Monitor and manage customized ETF portfolios, including allocation maintenance, changes, and cash management.

Organize and prepare investment proposals, transition analysis, and marketing materials for prospect meetings.

Coordinate with Portfolio Managers to implement portfolios and proactively manage cash balances in accounts under the guidance of the Senior Portfolio Manager.

Collaborate with administrators on new accounts and coordinate with the team on alternative investment implementation.

Proactively use Salesforce to maintain regular client contact and balance workload across multiple clients.

Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to contribute to the dynamic needs of the team and organization.
Ideal Candidate Profile – “Our Casting Call!”

Bachelor’s degree required; current pursuit of CFP® designation or obtaining within a year or any other financial designation strongly preferred.

2-5 years of investment advisory experience; client interaction experience preferred.

Capability and interest in learning new software for trading and analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, eMoney, and Salesforce preferred.

Strong analytical skills for organizing and exporting large amounts of data.

Excellent communication skills in various formats (meetings, reporting, emails, phone calls).

Proven organizational skills within daily tasks, projects, and team management.
