Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of bids and proposals.

Oversee CRM data accuracy and supervise admin staff.

Maintain current customer information and manage contracts.

Pursue opportunities, meet KPIs, and maintain DSO targets.

Handle administrative tasks efficiently and maintain office operations.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience

5+ years of office management, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks and staff supervision, along with a demonstrated ability to prepare bids with 99.9% accuracy and meet delivery deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM management and contract oversight, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting KPIs and ensuring prompt responsiveness to client communications.
