Optimal Chiropractic and Wellness is a multidisciplinary chiropractic practice that is constantly growing and improving. Our team approach combines physical and chiropractic therapy with massage and nutrition to promote healthy and active patients and clients. We are conveniently located in the heart of Cambridge, a 3-minute walk from the Porter Square T- station.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling patient appointments, managing cancellations, verifying patient insurance coverages.
- Handling new patient intake calls; accurately inputting demographic and insurance information into our scheduling software; assessing patient concerns to ensure they are booked with the appropriate doctor.
- Staying informed and being transparent with patients about their financial responsibility; collecting any outstanding balances;
- Managing patients’ prior authorization and referrals, requesting additional visits when needed and notifying patients when there may have a lapse in coverage;
- Responding quickly and thoroughly to emails and voicemails from both patients and coworkers.
Our hiring process consists of 2 interviews (one phone or virtual, one in-clinic), and two professional reference checks.
