Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
Manages Reception/Concierge desk functions in collaboration with Radiology Leadership or designee, including but not limited to, provide a warm welcome/farewell to all who enter/leave.
Maintains Lobby/Reception and common areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
Ensures patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Ensures all patients/guests receive orientation to the building including:
- All clinical resources as needed
- Educational and conference opportunities
Prepares reports for daily mail out.
Manages patient/guest non-clinical requests in a timely professional manner ensuring positive outcomes.
Evaluates non-clinical situations requiring attention using sound problem solving skills to resolve.
Assists in identification of possible risk issues and coordinates with Radiology Administration for appropriate resolution.
Assists Radiology Administration with non-clinical performance improvement initiatives.
Answers phone for main Radiology lines and routes to appropriate department.
Enters patient procedures and charge codes in computer.
Schedules patients for procedures as needed.
