IT Program Manager
The IT Program Manager role is responsible for working across IT teams and business functions to manage efforts to deliver programs and projects. This role requires deep knowledge of program/project management.
The IT Program Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders including applications, end user services, info sec and infrastructure teams as internal/external project teams to manage implementation of cross functional programs and projects.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Develop project plans for PMO (Project Management Office) projects including, but not limited to, aspects such as project objectives, measurable metrics, tools to be used, impacted systems, system specifications, schedules, project budgeting and stakeholders
- Articulate project objectives and establish tracking mechanisms to measure and track these objectives
- Identify key stakeholders , their roles on the project and their upstream and downstream system dependencies
- Identify change management needs and process changes to prepare detailed organization-wide change management strategies for all teams impacted by systems implementations, upgrades and ongoing modifications
- Identify any requirements for initial or additional project resources
- Monitor project budget and its components
- Manage project execution to adhere to the project budget, scope and schedule
- Report statuses, progress, risks, and deviations to the steering committee, executive leadership (where needed) and key stakeholders
- Establishes project organization and methodologies and defines roles and responsibilities.
- Creates and implements a communication plan.
- Communicates to stakeholders and project sponsor.
- Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working in Program/Project Management within a global organization
- The candidate must have skills and experience managing large projects and manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter who welcomes responsibility, along with the ability to thrive in an evolving organization and an ability to bring structure to unstructured situations
- Highly skilled in program management frameworks and methods. PMP and Scrum certifications are an added advantage
- Strong program management background who understands lifecycle management, governance and use technology to automate compliance risks.
- Understanding of legal risk and compliance with regards to infrastructure projects including ensuring SOX compliance of all project deliverables
- Ability to partner with a multi-tiered and matrixed organization model to deliver complex programs.
- Task oriented, able to plan, track, lead and execute project deliverables
- Strong Communication Skills/Able to Persuade/Influence Others at all Organization Levels and the ability foster lasting partnerships
- Ability to translate business requirements into critical data dependencies and requirements
- Ability to solicit followership from the functional teams to think beyond the ‘way the things work today'
- Foster lasting relationships across varying organizational levels and business segments with the maturity to interface with all levels of management
- Matrix management skills and business acumen
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Service Now, JIRA tool and MS Project tools
- Agile project management methodology including: Scrum and Kanban delivery methods; Agile ceremonies and Program Increment (PI) planning
- SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002) compliance standards
Required field of study
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (or similar)
- Preferably have PMP or equivalent Project Manager certification

Minimum Salary: $123,750.00
Maximum Salary:$189,750.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
