We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to provide support to our operations team. The Operations Assistant will assist in ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly by performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and communicating with vendors, suppliers, and other departments. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team in daily tasks such as preparing reports, filing documents, and organizing records.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
