We are seeking a qualified candidate for Operations Administrative Assistant. The position reports directly to the Office Manager and Firm Partners. This position focuses on technical and physical processes required to keep the office running efficiently. The duties performed include but are not limited to:
~File management of digital and paper files, including maintaining organization of information, filing and location of files;
~Implementing, improving and maintaining technology, processes, tools and resources, as directed;
~Perform all functions involving shipping and receiving, including all U.S. Postal Service products, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers. This duty often requires the ability to lift/carry heavy packages up to 50lbs.
~Administration duties such as answering phones, directing calls, welcoming clients and customers, transcription and typing of dictation, proofreading and correspondence.
~Daily tasks of running all necessary errands outside of office such as bank deposits and acquisition of supplies, etc.
~Manage and oversee nightly IT backups, including changing drives, updates, hardware maintenance, etc.
Candidate should possess many skills, including but not limited to, punctuality, experience, eagerness, responsibility and discretion.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
