We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to translate strategy and features into user stories and manage the product roadmap through validation of deliverable user value for our claims system.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $81,900.00 – $116,000.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $67,470.00 - $96,015.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington, Arcora Foundation, and TriForza intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops, build a shared understanding with stakeholders, and engage team-members to gather and understand requirements
- Translate high-level customer needs into actionable user stories and prioritize the backlog in accordance with product strategy and goals
- Collaborates with multiple product development teams and product owners to coordinate development across teams.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of shipped features and leverage feedback to define iterative improvements
- Manage sprint readiness and delivery.

- Expertise managing enhancements and features from ideation through development and delivery.
- The ability to interact expertly with a diverse group - executives, managers, software developers and subject matter experts.
- Experience conducting customer interviews and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in working hours required to meet with dispersed team and national stakeholders.
- A thirst for constant learning and improvement.
- A sense of ownership of the product, features and capabilities end to end.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience writing user stories, vertically slicing features, using test suites, and maintaining Scrum backlogs.
