Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with order entry and proofreading documents as needed
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Proficiency in using computer software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues effectively
- Flexibility to perform various clerical tasks as required
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
