- Identifying and cultivating new customer relationships while maintaining and nurturing existing ones.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to develop effective business and sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential large-scale clients, such as Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and fleets.
- Discussing commercial terms and conditions with potential customers, presenting, and negotiating final offers.
- Securing purchase orders from customers.
- Supporting RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for large-scale EV charging projects and managing them efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in the EV charging infrastructure or e-mobility sector.
- Preferable experience in manufacturing EV chargers or working with CPO companies in procurement roles.
- Knowledge and business development experience within the CPO and fleet segments is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the utilities and renewable energy market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- Preference for candidates who can work from the office.
- Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
