Our Client, a leading construction company in the Cohoes area, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Type up proposals, enter work orders , work with payroll on finalizing work orders
into invoices , and request and receive quotes.
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets and reports for various administrative tasks.
- Assist with data entry and other clerical duties as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in an administrative or office clerk role preferred.
- Experience with invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with a solid attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the construction industry a plus (optional).
