Position:
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate to join our AFMC team. Our ideal candidate has a strong consultative sales background and a plus working at a healthcare setting. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, and exhibit a pleasant and professional demeanor.
While previous experience in infertility service is a plus, we will train the right candidate. Strong administration and closing background are preferred.
Responsibilities: The AFMC Sales and Marketing Associate responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop, Coordinate and execute a marketing plan to recruit Egg Donor/IVF/Surrogacy candidates.
- Digital Marketing, including social media and email campaigns.
- Creating printed Marketing materials.
- Must have a dynamic, warm personality, strong attention to details, and a love of working with people.
- Previous medical experience in fertility is a strong plus specifically with donor egg, donor sperm or donor embryo knowledge.
- Develop brochures and booklets for marketing.
- Initiate sales process by conducting and scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe services with an expert knowledge base.
- Provide value and educate clients regarding our approach, the process, and our services; including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
- Close sales by building a strong rapport with potential clients; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; discuss and prepare financing documents.
- Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing clients to identify potential referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and clinical coordinator.
- Maintain detailed records of complete transactions and patients.
- Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential clients who have expressed an interest in donor eggs, and surrogacy to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process and/or follow up on clients who have not yet found their ideal donor.
- Work with marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve monthly targets based on company metrics by promotion of services within niche markets.
- Maintain relationships with all current and previous clients and build strong client rapport.
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices and adhere to all company protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with medical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage the appropriate follow-up with both the clinical teams and the client to ensure a great experience throughout the process.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline and regularly follow-up with prospective clients who did not move forward after their initial consultation.
- Must have a dynamic, warm personality, strong attention to detail, and a love of working with people.
- Reach out to Chinese agencies to recruit more patients in China and maintain the good relationship with all agencies
- Previous medical experience in fertility is a strong plus, specifically with donor egg, donor sperm or donor embryo knowledge.
- Have an interest in fertility healthcare.
- Require some travels.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have demonstrative consultative sales and negotiation skills (1-2 years consultative selling experience required)
- Strong communication, high attention to detail, and rapport building skills.
- Self-motivated, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach.
- Passion for helping prospective parents create the family they dream of.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
