Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher with HVAC experience.
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
Debrief technicians after calls
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
HVAC knowledge
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Sales experience is preferred but not required
