We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee our departments specializing in car crash reconstruction, accident analysis and investigations. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating efforts across these departments to support our legal teams in building strong cases for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for car crash reconstruction, accident analysis, and investigation projects.
- Coordinate and lead cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication of project goals and milestones.
Team Management:
- Supervise and provide guidance to teams involved in crash reconstruction, accident analysis, and investigations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analysis and reconstruction outputs.
- Review and approve all deliverables before they are presented to clients or used in legal proceedings.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Liaise with external experts, such as engineers and forensic specialists, to gather necessary information and insights.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and experts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in accident analysis and reconstruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on accident analysis, crash reconstruction, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
